I conducted a crowdsourcing experiment through my Instagram story. I first posted a poll pinning Pete Buttigieg against Bernie Sanders. 225 of my followers viewed the story and 52 of them voted on the poll. 42 people (81%) chose Sanders whereas the remaining 10 (19%) voted for Buttigieg.

In a second story post I proposed the question “Who do you think would have the most impact if they were to be elected into office?”. Out of the 214 people to view the story 11 people responded. 9 people responded that Sanders would have more impact, some went into detail as to why. The remaining 2 people argued in favor of Buttigieg.

Overall the results were not all that surprising considering the age range of my followers is around 18-25 years old.
